Directions for use:

  • Take 30 minutes or more before meals.

  • Adults and children should take one serving (one capsule) up to three times per day.

  • Children 40 - 60 lbs. should take one serving (one capsule) one time per day.

  • Children 60 - 80 lbs. should take one serving (one capsule) two times per day.

  • Adults may take one capsule 3 times per day or more depending on results.
